Salix Nishiki is a very sought after, extremely popular shrub. The new shoots on this elegant shrub are heavily blotched with white and pink, fading as the leaf ages. Slender yellow catkins appear during the spring, smothering the weeping branches, adding some colour. When the leaves drop of this wonderful shrub the stems are exposed which are a orange-coral colour, providing a splash of colour throughout the winter.
